She did not have time to buy a ticket to shoot battles and now it's all sold out. It was sale to fast. Is there a way to get a ticket? Suddenly someone has a free one or maybe something else? Appart from finding someone with a spare ticket thats diffcult.
As a last reserve she may also just go to one of the recording sessions and ask if someone waiting to get in has a spare to sell.
I checked the usual eBay sources, but seemingly there are eigther no one selling tickets or eBay remove the listings because of sone rules (happened to me also with concert tickets already)
In that case there may be people in the aiting row with a spare ticket to sell.

And it's a TV recording. They won't want to show empty seats in TV. So there might even being a remote chance of a standby seat.
Basically they have people on standby to fill in no-show seats in the show.
In some shows that are difficult to sell they even offer free tickets sometimes from the produsers. Even the company selling the TVK tickets offers such guest tickets for some shows: https://tvtickets.de/zuschauergast.php

Maybe she can try to contact them via the ticket page if they may acept her as a stand-in in case of seats staying empty.

If she wants to meet her in person the ticket may also not the best option as usually that don't inklude meeting her.
But I remember from previous shows there are always people waiting on the back entrence trying to meet the star and with some time and endurance she may be successful to catch Lena entering or leaving the production. In the past that happend also on some concerts and are usually the only real chances to meet her without an organised (and payed) meet&greet.
