Mich hat das mal interessiert und ich bin hier fündig geworden:

Am interessantes ist "Section Four: The Entries". Da sind mir ein paar Dinge aufgefallen:

• No live animals shall be allowed on stage.
  Tote aber schon?

• No swearing or other unacceptable language shall be allowed in the lyrics or in the performances of the songs.
  Da hätte es also mit "I don't give a shit" eventuell Ärger gegeben

• Subject to a decision by the EBU, the number of guaranteed places in the Final may be increased depending on the circumstances.
  Diese Umstände dürften in erster Linie Fragen der Finanzierung betreffen
