Liebe Community,
nun möchte ich das Rätsel um dem Countdown lüften. Es hat absolut nichts mit Karneval zu tun, wie man in einer sehr spannenden und lustigen Diskussion in der Shoutbox teilweise vermuten hat lassen, der Zeitpunkt 1:11 PM (13:11 Uhr) wurde jedoch bewusst von mir ausgewählt (nicht nur 11:11 Uhr ist eine "Karnevalszeit", auch 13:11 Uhr gehört in vielen Regionen dazu), um zu beobachten, wie die Community auf solch einen eingestellten Countdown reagiert (und kurzfristig von mir geändert, da sich mein Zeitplan für morgen geändert hat ). Und das Ergebnis stellt mich sehr zufrieden. Warum, erläutere ich etwas weiter unten.
Einige Zeit lang konnte man hier im Forum den Eindruck gewinnen, ob jetzt aus der Sichtweise des Vorstands, der Administration und Moderation oder der Forumsnutzer, die Gemeinschaft möchte hier alles schlecht machen und viele Teilnehmer seien sind unzufrieden mit der Community, besonders mit den Inhalten der Themen und einigen Nutzer. Der Eindruck und das Gefühl bestärkte sich bei mir persönlich vorallem durch viele Beiträge im Thema "Aus gegebenem Anlass", aber auch durch viele Diskussionen in der Shoutbox oder andere Themen. Wenn man als Leitung einer großen Community solch einen Eindruck bekommt, kann man entweder den Schlussstrich ziehen, oder man versucht die Gemeinschaft wieder zu bündeln indem man seine Arbeit selber reflektiert. Aus dieser Situation hat sich ein kleines Webteam entwickelt, welches aus Guido (Administration), Philip (Vorstand) und mir (Administration) besteht, um das Problem zu analysieren und Fehler im eigenen "System" zu finden - hiermit eingeschlossen auch die Leitung der Community. Der Weg ging also nach vorne und wir bereiteten alles für einen Neustart vor. Neues Forum, neues Newsportal, neues Miteinander. Doch ohne eine Gemeinschaft, die nicht mitziehen möchte, ist soetwas nicht möglich.
Doch genau diese Gemeinschaft, also ihr (!) habt einen sehr wichtigen Schritt getan und sich vom Trott des Forenalltags gelöst und die Zügel einfach selbst in die Hand genommen. Durch das Thema "Warum melden sich so wenig Leute im Forum neu an?" wurde mir gezeigt, dass nicht wichtig ist, das man eine bestimmte Leitungsschiene fährt, sondern das die Gemeinschaft zu sagen hat, was gemacht wird und wo sich der Weg hin entwickelt. Ihr bestimmt den Inhalt einer guten Community (und dazu gehört auch die vergangene Diskussion über den Countdown) und ihr macht euch Gedanken darüber, was man anbieten oder ändern muss, damit die Gemeinschaft wächst, wir als Webteam und Leitung hingegeben haben nur die Rahmenbedingungen zu stellen und die Entwicklungen der Gemeinschaft zu unterstützen und nach Möglichkeit umzusetzen und abzuwiegen, was machbar ist und im rechtlichen Rahmen liegt. Dieses Konzept kann jedoch nur funktionieren, wenn die Leitung des Forums Interesse an der bestehenden Gemeinschaft hat und ich kann euch versichern, wir hatten noch nie größeres Interesse daran, mit euch einen neuen Weg einzuschlagen und uns gemeinsam zu entwickeln. Ich hoffe ein erster Wille war durch die kleinen vergangenen Umsetzungen eurer Ideen im Forum zu spüren und wünsche mir, dass ihr mit uns gemeinsam weiter machen wollt!
Ich kann euch leider keine News oder exklusives Material zu Lena anbieten, was manche hinter dem Countdown vermutet haben,
aber ich möchte euch dazu einladen, mir in die Open Beta des Forums zu folgen und mit uns gemeinsam die neue, interaktive und von euch gestaltete Community zu entwickeln. Die letzten Wochen haben mir gezeigt, dass ich sehr auf euch bauen kann!

I was shown that it is not important that you drive a particular line rail , but that the community has to say what is being done and where evolving the way down . My determines the content of a good community ( and that includes the last discussion on the countdown ) and it makes you think about what you offer or change in order for the community to grow, we have given as Webteam and lead only to provide the framework and to support the development of the community and to implement as far as possible and weigh what is feasible and lies within the legal framework . However, this concept can only work if the management of the Forum has interest in the existing community and I can assure you we have never had greater interest to embark on a new path with you and develop together . I hope a first desire was felt by the small recent conversions of your ideas in the forum and hope that their collaboration will want to go with us!
