Folgenden Beitrag hab ich bei der OGAE über nicht teilnehmende Länder gefunden:

Obwohl die o. gen. nicht teilnehmen, beteiligen sie sich bei dem OGAE-Vote, wie Luxemburg und Italien. Hier liegt Deutschland übrigens seit gestern auf Platz 2.

Ich hoff, dass Österreich wieder zurückkommt nächstes Jahr. Ich glaube, die Chance ist ziemlich groß, falls Deutschland gut abscheidet.
